What We Do

Early Intervention

Beyond Boundaries provides Early Intervention services and evaluations for children, birth through three years of age, through the Erie County Department of Health. We offer: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, Service Coordination, Speech Language Pathology, and Special Education services. Our services are play-based and focused on working with families. We will work with you at your home, daycare, Early Head Start, our offices, other community settings, or via tele-health.

Evaluation Services

Beyond Boundaries: Therapy for Kids is proud to offer complete evaluation services. We have a professional, experienced staff that is qualified to evaluate children and will work with your family to customize a comprehensive evaluation plan.

Beyond Boundaries offers multidisciplinary CORE evaluations as well as supplemental occupational therapy, physical therapy, special education and speech and language evaluations. We will complete these evaluations in your home.

Our team of pediatric trained professionals includes:

• Occupational therapists
• Physical therapists
• Social workers
• Speech and language pathologists
• Special education teachers

Evaluations may address general developmental concerns or may target specific issues including:

• Assistive technology
• Behavior
• Expressive language
• Feeding/eating
• Motor skills
• Receptive language
• Sensory integration
• Thinking/cognitive skills

Children are candidates for a comprehensive evaluation if they have delays, are suspected of having delays or are at risk for developing a delay.

Preschool

Beyond Boundaries provides preschool therapy for children, three to five years of age, through school district Committee on Preschool Special Education programs (CPSE). We offer: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, and Speech Language Pathology. We will meet your child in a variety of settings: Daycares, preschools, your home, Head Start, our offices, and other community settings, or via tele-health.

Private Therapy

We provide individualized evaluations and therapy session for children of all ages. We offer: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, and Speech Language Pathology. Services can be provided at a location of your choice and via tele-health.

School-based Therapy

Beyond Boundaries has contracts in place to provide services and evaluations for schools in Erie County. Services we offer include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work and Speech Language Pathology.
